All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Mauritian Rupees (Rs / MUR) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless specifically stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy; however, prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit product quantities per customer or order.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders placed on the site are subject to acceptance and item availability. Upon placing an order, payment must be completed via our supported payment methods (bank transfer, cash on delivery, or authorized electronic payments). For bank transfers, orders will be processed upon receipt of valid proof of payment or bank confirmation.

4. Delivery Terms

We offer islandwide physical hardware delivery across Mauritius. Estimated delivery timelines provided during checkout are approximations and may vary depending on commercial location or weather conditions. Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon physical delivery to the specified address.

5. Returns & Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase provided they remain unopened, unused, sealed in original packaging, and accompanied by the original tax invoice. Custom-configured computers, software licenses, and special-order equipment are non-refundable.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is vital to us. All personal information collected during account creation and checkout is processed securely in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017 (DPA 2017).

9. Pricing Errors & Stock Availability

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect specifications due to typographical or system errors, Dexx IT reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. If your payment has already been processed for a canceled order, Dexx IT will promptly issue a full refund. Furthermore, all products offered on the site are subject to stock availability; if an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative item or full refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Mauritian law, Dexx IT Computer System Co Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of business profits, data corruption, or business interruption. In all circumstances, Dexx IT's total aggregate liability arising under these terms shall be strictly limited to the monetary value of the specific order placed by the customer.

11. Warranty Disclaimer & Reseller Status

All hardware items sold by Dexx IT are covered exclusively under the official manufacturer warranty terms provided by brand manufacturers (e.g., HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS). Dexx IT does not offer additional express or implied warranties beyond those provided by manufacturers unless explicitly agreed upon in a formal written SLA agreement. As an authorized distributor reseller, Dexx IT will assist customers in processing valid manufacturer warranty claims according to standard local distributor procedures.

12. Account Security & User Responsibility

Registered users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account login credentials, passwords, and access devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Dexx IT shall not be held liable for any unauthorized transactions or data breaches resulting from user negligence, shared passwords, or unsecure user endpoint devices.

13. Modifications to Terms

Dexx IT reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on this page.
